Can we have a room on the upper/lower floor, quiet, near the restaurants, etc?

Can we benefit from a late check-out?
We will do our best to satisfy you, but it will depend on availability. We recommend that you contact the hotel reception directly once you are at the hotel.

What age do I need to be to stay in your adults-only hotels?
In our adults-only hotels, we welcome adults from 18 years old.
What is the difference between half board and the All in All out package?
Half board includes breakfast and dinner without drinks. For lunch you can take the opportunity to discover the restaurants of the island or the Mauritian street food.
The All-in All-out package includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, in-room mini-bar and a wide selection of drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic).
What are the most spoken languages in Mauritius?
Whether you speak English or French, you'll have no problem communicating.
There are three main languages in Mauritius, with many switching from one to the other! Creole is the mother tongue, English is the official language and the majority of Mauritians are also fluent in French.
Don't be surprised to hear many other languages; it's a sign of the diversity of our island! You might hear Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Urdu and some Chinese dialects.

Does the All-in All-out package include alcoholic beverages?
The All-in All-out package allows you to enjoy a selection of local beverages including water, beer, tea, coffee, soft drinks, table wine, spirits and liquor bottled in Mauritius.

We are celebrating our honeymoon. Will there be anything special for us?
Congratulations on your union! For your honeymoon, have you thought about booking our honeymoon offer? If not, please send us an email at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com, and we will inform the hotel and do our best to provide you with some special attentions.
At what time is the check-in ?
Check-in begins at 14:00. Rest assured, if you arrive at the hotel earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and start enjoying the hotel's facilities. If you wish to access your room earlier, an early check-in option is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us on resa@hotels-attitude.com for more information.
At what time is the check-out ?
Check-out is at 12:00. Even after vacating your room at noon, we warmly invite you to continue enjoying the hotel's facilities. We will keep your luggage safe until you're ready to depart. If you wish to extend your stay a bit longer, a late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Feel free to contact the reception desk the day before your departure to get more details.
Can we go to dine in other Attitude hotels within the Island ?
With our Dine-Around experience, you get to savor meals from a selection of restaurants across the Attitude Group of Hotels (that's 8 hotels!), at no extra cost. It's a delightful way to switch things up in the evenings. Just swing by the Guest Experience counter with 24 hours' notice, and we'll sort out the reservation for you depending on availability. Enjoy the culinary journey!
How can I change my meal plan package ?
If you wish to change your meal plan before your arrival, kindly contact us on customer-service@hotels-attitude.com for more details. If you wish to upgrade your package during your stay, this can be done with a supplement depending on terms and conditions at the reception.
Can I arrange for special room decorations or surprises?
Absolutely! You can arrange for room decorations, champagne in the room, flower bouquets, and more with a small supplement. Please reach out to us at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com so we can transfer your request to the right department!
