So, what’s the difference between veganism and vegetarianism?
In short (because there’s so much more to say!) :
• Vegetarianism excludes meat and fish from the diet.
• Veganism goes a step further: it rejects all forms of animal exploitation — not only in food (no eggs, honey, etc.), but also in everyday life (no leather, no cosmetics tested on animals, and so on).
Two different approaches, one shared thread: a desire to act with purpose and consistency.
For many reasons!
Here, eating plant-based is neither boring nor restrictive.
Quite the opposite: it's creative, local, colourful… and open to everyone.

For the past two years, we’ve proudly joined this joyful, accessible movement.
Veganuary is one month to try something new: more flavour, more awareness, more creativity.
In January, at our hotels:
• Vegan cooking workshops for children
• A “Recipe Challenge” to guess the ingredients of a vegan dish, break down clichés… and win prizes
• Tastings to explore new flavours
And for our teams: In January, everyone joins in - internal challenges, vegan staff meals, training sessions and product tastings.

Attitude is now a signatory of the Plant-Based Treaty, upporting organisations that advocate for a more plant-forward and responsible food system during international events such as COP conferences.
