Do you have heated pools ?

As an eco-committed group, we do not have heated pools. We are aware of the impact this can have on the environment, and we always strive to prioritize more eco-friendly solutions.

We would like to rent a car to explore the island. Do you offer car rental, what are the prices, and do we need to book in advance?

We can recommend our partner SIXT for car rental. Please click on this link to have more information on prices and car types. Please note that you can reserve in advance or upon arrival, we will be happy to assist you.

We will have our own car. Do you have parking facilities?

We offer parking facilities in all our hotels.

What is the name of your spa and what products do you use?

Our spa is called Spa POZ. All our beauty and massage products are exclusively manufactured for Attitude's Spa POZ by the brand KokoDezil, a family-run business. We offer treatments inspired by ancestral traditions from around the world and enriched with our heritage. You can find more details here.

We are celebrating our honeymoon. Will there be anything special for us?

Congratulations on your union! For your honeymoon, have you thought about booking our honeymoon offer? If not, please send us an email at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com, and we will inform the hotel and do our best to provide you with some special attentions.

Do you offer a taxi service?

We have a taxi service available at the hotel. The price varies according to the route. For more information, please contact the reception directly and they will be happy to help you.

We will arrive at the hotel early. Will we have access to the room upon arrival?

Check-in time is 2pm in our hotels. However, if you will be arriving earlier you can contact us at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it, depending on availability. In order to guarantee an early check-in, we offer the option to pay 50% of the nightly rate. Rest assured that we also have a transit room where you can shower and change. Your luggage will be safe in our luggage room, and you will be able to enjoy the hotel's facilities while waiting for your room.

Do you have an arrival/departure lounge?

A comfortable transit room or lounge area is available in all of our hotels, reserved for early arrivals and late departures. You can shower there and enjoy your stay until the last minute of it!

What currencies are accepted at the hotel?

You can exchange currencies such as EURO, GBP, US dollar, Australian dollar and South African rand at the reception of each of our hotels.

Do you offer a transfer from the airport to the hotel? If so, how much does the transfer cost?

We do offer transfers to and from the airport and the price varies depending on the number of people and luggage. You can contact us by email at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com for more details.

Do you have a laundry service at the hotel?

Laundry, ironing and dry cleaning services are available at each of our hotels.

Can we arrange a birthday cake during my stay?

We will be delighted to organise and offer you a birthday cake for the big day. You just have to ask our team on customer-service@hotels-attitude.com

Are your hotel staff vaccinated?

Yes, all Family Members (staff members) are vaccinated. This is also the case for their immediate family. Read about our Covid-19 protocol that is implemented in all our hotels to ensure your safety.

Do I need to be fully vaccinated to enter Mauritius?

Mauritius is open to everyone! You do not need to be vaccinated to explore the island. All the conditions and tips for coming to Mauritius can be found on the Mauritius Now website.

Do I need insurance to travel to Mauritius?

Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory. All the conditions and advice to travel to Mauritius can be found at Mauritius Now.

Do you have a special package for weddings?

Which hotel should I choose for my family?

For your family vacation, you have the choice of our 4 family-friendly hotels: - 4* Zilwa Attitude, in the north of the island, to become a real "Zilwa"! (islander in Creole). - 3* Coin de Mire Attitude, also in the north, the perfect starting point to discover the island. - 4* The Ravenala Attitude, in the northwest, between sea and river, for a culinary journey thanks to its 10 restaurants. - 3* Friday Attitude, located in the east this time, with its beautiful beach, close to the famous deer island. Of course, each of these hotels also offers the Ayo le Dodo kids club, free and open every day for children from 3 to 12 years. There's also connecting rooms, baby equipment and babysitting... everything is designed with families in mind!

What age do I need to be to stay in your adults-only hotels?

In our adults-only hotels, we welcome adults from 18 years old.

Is the Wi-Fi free?

In all our hotels, you can enjoy free internet connection and Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms.

Do we have direct access to the beach?

All of our hotels are located in front of the sea, so you can enjoy the magnificent Mauritian lagoon! The majority are even directly on the beach; whereas at Coin de Mire Attitude or Sunrise Attitude hotels, all you have to do is cross the small coastal road and take a few steps to get to the beach during your stay.

Do we need to bring our own towels and beach towels ?

Travel light, we provide you with shower and beach towels.

What is the time difference between France and Mauritius?

The time difference is 3 hours from April to the end of October and 2 hours from the beginning of November to the end of March.

What currency is used?

The currency used in Mauritius is the Mauritian rupee.

What is the dress code?

We know how chilled-out a holiday here can be... but don't forget to cover up your swimwear while in our restaurants during the daytime. From 18:30, an elegant dress code applies. You are welcome to wear dresses, smart shorts or trousers, short or long-sleeved shirts and smart shoes or sandals. Please keep swimsuits, pareos and flip flops for relaxing by the pool or on the beach!

What is the new service tips policy starting from July 1, 2023 ?

Starting from July 1, 2023, we are implementing a new service tips policy where a 10% service tip will automatically be added to the bill of extras during your stay. This new policy allows us to ensure that the dedication and hard work of our Family Members are duly recognized and rewarded, further motivating them to deliver outstanding experiences. However, it is entirely optional, and you can either approve or decline it at your discretion.
