Congratulations on your union! For your honeymoon, have you thought about booking our honeymoon offer? If not, please send us an email at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com, and we will inform the hotel and do our best to provide you with some special attentions.
We have a taxi service available at the hotel. The price varies according to the route. For more information, please contact the reception directly and they will be happy to help you.

The check-in at our hotels is scheduled for 2 p.m. If you arrive earlier and wish to take advantage of an early check-in, please contact us at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com.
To guarantee an early check-in, we offer a paid option. If you booked directly with us, the cost is 75% of the nightly rate. If you booked through one of our partners, please contact them directly.

If you choose not to opt for the paid option and the room is not ready upon your arrival, don't worry! You can use our transit lounge to freshen up and relax. Your luggage will be kept secure, and you can already start enjoying the hotel's facilities!

A comfortable transit room or lounge area is available in all of our hotels, reserved for early arrivals and late departures. You can shower there and enjoy your stay until the last minute of it!
You can exchange currencies such as EURO, GBP, US dollar, Australian dollar and South African rand at the reception of each of our hotels.

For your family vacation, you have the choice of our 4 family-friendly hotels: - 4* Zilwa Attitude, in the north of the island, to become a real "Zilwa"! (islander in Creole). - 3* Coin de Mire Attitude, also in the north, the perfect starting point to discover the island. - 4* The Ravenala Attitude, in the northwest, between sea and river, for a culinary journey thanks to its 10 restaurants. - 3* Friday Attitude, located in the east this time, with its beautiful beach, close to the famous deer island. Of course, each of these hotels also offers the Ayo le Dodo kids club, free and open every day for children from 3 to 12 years. There's also connecting rooms, baby equipment and babysitting... everything is designed with families in mind!
In our adults-only hotels, we welcome adults from 18 years old.
In all our hotels, you can enjoy free internet connection and Wi-Fi in common areas and rooms.
All of our hotels are located in front of the sea, so you can enjoy the magnificent Mauritian lagoon! The majority are even directly on the beach; whereas at Coin de Mire Attitude or Sunrise Attitude hotels, all you have to do is cross the small coastal road and take a few steps to get to the beach during your stay.
Travel light, we provide you with shower and beach towels.
The time difference is 2 hours from April to the end of October and 3 hours from the beginning of November to the end of March.
The currency used in Mauritius is the Mauritian rupee.

You are welcome to wear dresses, smart shorts or trousers, short or long-sleeved shirts and smart shoes or sandals. Please keep swimsuits, pareos and flip flops for relaxing by the pool or on the beach!

Starting from July 1, 2023, we are implementing a new service tips policy where a 10% service tip will automatically be added to the bill of extras during your stay. This new policy allows us to ensure that the dedication and hard work of our Family Members are duly recognized and rewarded, further motivating them to deliver outstanding experiences. However, it is entirely optional, and you can either approve or decline it at your discretion.

Yes, we offer a foreign currency exchange service for certain currencies at the reception.
To make sure you're all set and stress-free, it's best to leave the hotel about 4 hours before your flight - 1 hour for the ride and 3 hours to breeze through airport formalities. Safe travels!
Check-in begins at 14:00. Rest assured, if you arrive at the hotel earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and start enjoying the hotel's facilities. If you wish to access your room earlier, an early check-in option is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us on resa@hotels-attitude.com for more information.
Check-out is at 12:00. Even after vacating your room at noon, we warmly invite you to continue enjoying the hotel's facilities. We will keep your luggage safe until you're ready to depart. If you wish to extend your stay a bit longer, a late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Feel free to contact the reception desk the day before your departure to get more details.
Depending on the meal plan you've booked, you can replenish your minibar with water, tea, coffee, snacks, and a selection of locally bottled beverages at the Bulk Shop. 
Yes, we offer a taxi service right here at the hotel. You can make your reservations at our dedicated porter's desk at the hotel. The rates and prices vary as we work with local taxis, and all the details are available at the counter.

In compliance with all relevant regulations and laws regarding the sale of alcohol in Mauritius, we strictly prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18.
