What are the activities available at the hotel?
We offer a wide range of activities to our guests. You can explore the underwater world on a glass bottom boat trip or snorkeling, enjoy water polo, beach volleyball and table tennis, have a refreshing aqua gym or Yoga session and even have some friendly petanque or darts competition. Do you have a beautiful beach and can we swim there?
Bain Boeuf beach is just across the small coastal road in front of the hotel. It has calm waters and is good for swimming and snorkeling. On top of that, it offers a stunning view of Coin de Mire Island. If you're an experienced swimmer, there are also other stunning beaches within a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
How is the weather like in the North of Mauritius in summer?
The weather in Mauritius in summer, from November to April is hot, sunny and humid - making it a very popular tropical destination. Temperatures vray from 25 to 33° Celsius. There can be occasional showers, but this should not affect your holidays as it usually comes in short, hard bursts, closely followed by sunshine. Is there a bus stop near the hotel?
Yes, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. There are buses available to take you to various charming destinations in the North as well as to Port-Louis, the capital of Mauritius.
How much was transfers to and from the hotel ?
The cost for transfers is EUR 70 per way for 2 adults with 2 suitcases and 2 handbags. If you have more than 2 people or additional luggage, please email us at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com with the number of persons, luggage details, and your flight information.
Is it possible to have a look at your spa menu ?
Absolutely, you can enjoy treatments passed down from our ancestors, brought back from the four corners of the world and enriched over time at our Spa POZ. Is it possible to request a room in a quieter area?
Certainly! We understand the importance of a peaceful stay. Please keep in mind that room location is subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. We recommend considering our Superior or Deluxe room categories, as they are situated further away from the road. Please specify your request for a quiet room when making your booking or by sending us a mail on customer-service@hotels-attitude.com
Do you have a hairdryer in our room?
Indeed, we do provide a hairdryer in the bathroom.
What is the difference between half-board and all-inclusive in your hotel?
With the half board package, you'll enjoy lunch and dinner. On the other hand, the all-inclusive package offers a more extensive experience. It includes breakfast, lunch, tea time, dinner, access to the mini bar which you can stock with items from the Bulk Shop, as well as a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
What does the All-in All-out package include? And where can I find the menus?
With our All-in All-out package, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, tea time, and dinner at the hotel. We also provide a mini bar in your room which you can fill with drinks and local snacks from our Bulk shop. Plus, you'll have access to a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Are beach towels provided at the hotel?
Yes, we provide beach towels to all of our guests.
How much does the Catamaran Cruise cost per person, and what does the price include?
You take a trip - for a day, an evening, or even several nights on board our catamaran. This includes food on board, it can either be lunch, snacks or dinner, refreshing unlimited local drinks, and the opportunity to either explore three stunning Northern islands during the day or to catch a beautiful sunset in the evening. What's the hotel's dresscode please ?
We know how chilled-out a holiday here can be... but don't forget to cover up your swimwear while in our restaurants during the daytime. From 18.30, an elegant dress code applies. Please keep swimsuits, pareos and flip flops for relaxing by the pool or on the beach! Elegant bermuda shorts are most welcome during dinner time.
Does your hotel have a currency exchange office?
Yes, we have currency exchange facilities at the hotel's reception as well as in the neighbouring villages of Pereybere and Grand Baie.
Is this hotel located right on the beach?
The hotel has a sea-facing position but is not right on the beach. It is across a small coastal road, just a few steps away.
Should we book restaurants before arriving at the hotel or can we do it upon arrival?
The booking of restaurants can be done before or upon your arrival. Please contact us at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com if you would like to make a reservation before your arrival. Please note that this will be subject to availability.
I am gluten-free/lactose intolerant/vegan. Do you cater for this ?
Yes, absolutely. We label meals on our buffet at the main restaurant, making it easy for you to identify vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free options. You'll also find these details on the menus of our à la carte restaurants. Feel free to chat with our chefs upon your arrival or anytime during your stay, they'd be delighted to prepare a tailor-made menu just for you! We're here to ensure your dining experience is delightful and catered to your needs.
What is the dress code for the restaurants in the evening ?

Yes, we offer a foreign currency exchange service for certain currencies at the reception.
At what time is the check-in ?
Check-in begins at 14:00. Rest assured, if you arrive at the hotel earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and start enjoying the hotel's facilities. At what time is the check-out ?
Check-out is at 12:00. Even after vacating your room at noon, we warmly invite you to continue enjoying the hotel's facilities. We will keep your luggage safe until you're ready to depart. If you wish to extend your stay a bit longer, a late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Feel free to contact the reception desk the day before your departure to get more details.
Can we go to dine in other Attitude hotels within the Island ?
With our Dine-Around experience, you get to savor meals from a selection of restaurants across the Attitude Group of Hotels (that's 8 hotels!), at no extra cost. It's a delightful way to switch things up in the evenings. Just swing by the Guest Experience counter with 24 hours' notice, and we'll sort out the reservation for you depending on availability.
