Is it possible to request a room in a quieter area?
Certainly! We understand the importance of a peaceful stay. Please keep in mind that room location is subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. We recommend considering our Superior or Deluxe room categories, as they are situated further away from the road. Please specify your request for a quiet room when making your booking or by sending us a mail on customer-service@hotels-attitude.com
Does all first floor rooms have a sea view?
Since our hotel is not situated directly on the beach, most of our rooms offer views of our tropical garden. While the majority of the rooms have garden views, we have a few rooms that offer a partial sea view.
Do you have a hairdryer in our room?
Indeed, we do provide a hairdryer in the bathroom.
Are there twin beds at the hotel?
Twin beds are available in the Superior room category only. Please note that this is subject to availability at the time of the request or booking.
Can we do international calls from the room? How much does it cost?
Indeed, you can do international calls from the room, the rate is at MUR 130 per minute. For local calls it is at MUR 11.50 per minute.
Do you have coffee and tea in rooms ?
While we don't provide tea and coffee directly in the rooms, we have a solution that's more eco-friendly! We have a bulk shop where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, tea, snacks, and refreshing cold drinks for your entire stay. The bulk shop is open from 08:00 to 20:00, so you can conveniently stock up whenever you like. Don't forget to return any empty jars to the bulk shop before you check out. Can we benefit from a late check-out?
We will do our best to satisfy you, but it will depend on availability. We recommend that you contact the hotel reception directly once you are at the hotel.
Does the hotel provide mosquito deterrents in its rooms?
We have mosquito repellents in all of our rooms.
Is there a mini bar in the rooms?
A mini bar is available in each room.
Don't panic if when you arrive in your room, you only find water.
We haven't forgotten you, it's just that single-use plastic has been banned since 1 November 2020! In the room, you will no longer find individual bags of sugar, tea and other snacks. Go to the pretty bulk store at your hotel to build your mini bar (including sweet and salty snacks and drinks), according to your desires and take them back to your room in glass jars.
As an added bonus, you have the option to grind your own coffee at the Bulk Shop with the help of a Family Member.
Do you have iron or ironing boards in the room ?
Ironing boards and irons are provided to guests upon request. Kindly call our reception to request this.
Do you have a laundry service at the hotel?
Absolutely, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning services are available at the hotel at an extra cost. You can reach out to us pre-stay for the rates. Once at the hotel you can contact the reception.
At what time is the check-in ?
Check-in begins at 14:00. Rest assured, if you arrive at the hotel earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and start enjoying the hotel's facilities. If you wish to access your room earlier, an early check-in option is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us on resa@hotels-attitude.com for more information.
At what time is the check-out ?
Check-out is at 12:00. Even after vacating your room at noon, we warmly invite you to continue enjoying the hotel's facilities. We will keep your luggage safe until you're ready to depart. If you wish to extend your stay a bit longer, a late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Feel free to contact the reception desk the day before your departure to get more details.
Do you have minibars in the rooms ? Are they included in the All-in All-out package ? Are they stocked ?
We have minibars included in the All-in All-out in our rooms, but here's something unique - they won't be stocked with pre-packaged items. As part of our commitment to reducing single-use plastics and unnecessary packaging, we invite our guests to visit our Bulk Shop. There, you can help yourself to tea, coffee, snacks, and other delicious goodies, some are included in the all-inclusive and others are at a supplement.
Do you provide room service?
We apologize, but Room Service is not available at our hotel. However, we have several restaurants ready to welcome you.
Do you have a safe in the room?
Yes, we do! Each room is equipped with a safe, so you can securely store your valuables and enjoy a worry-free stay
Can I arrange for special room decorations or surprises?
Absolutely! You can arrange for room decorations, champagne in the room, flower bouquets, and more with a small supplement. Please reach out to us at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com so we can transfer your request to the right department!
