We know how chilled-out a holiday here can be... but don't forget to cover up your swimwear while in our restaurants during the daytime. From 18:30, an elegant dress code applies. You are welcome to wear dresses, smart shorts or trousers, short or long-sleeved shirts and smart shoes or sandals. Please keep swimsuits, pareos and flip flops for relaxing by the pool or on the beach!

What is the new service tips policy starting from July 1, 2023 ?
Starting from July 1, 2023, we are implementing a new service tips policy where a 10% service tip will automatically be added to the bill of extras during your stay. This new policy allows us to ensure that the dedication and hard work of our Family Members are duly recognized and rewarded, further motivating them to deliver outstanding experiences. However, it is entirely optional, and you can either approve or decline it at your discretion.
