Yes! We provide a luggage service if you arrive early or leave late.
Is there room service?
We don’t offer traditional room service, but if you’re staying in a villa you can enjoy private breakfast or a barbecue on request.
What electrical outlets do you have at the hotel?
We use type C and G plugs (as in Europe and the UK).
Need an adaptor? Just ask at reception, our team will be happy to help.
Are there any twin bedded rooms in the hotel?

Can I make international calls from the room? At what cost?
Yes, international calls are possible at MUR 60 per minute.
Tip: Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel - perfect for WhatsApp calls.
There’s no TV in the room - can we request one during our stay?
This is part of our choice to encourage digital detox. We suggest you give it a try, even just for a few days! But if you’d like a TV, we can provide one subject to availability.
