What is the QR code used for and where can we get it?

You can use the QR code to access all the information about the hotel, the menu lists of the bars, restaurants, spa, and all other activities available at the hotel. Here is the link for The Ravenala Attitude. At the hotel, you'll also find it on the key cardholder as well as at the reception, in the bars and restaurant.

Can we swim in the sea of The Ravenala Attitude?

The hotel is on the beach, in front of the lagoon, allowing you to swim in calm waters, without any waves. However, the clarity of the water may vary, especially after rainy days due to the proximity to the Citron River. We recommend wearing swimming shoes ! If you're an experienced swimmer, there are also other stunning beaches within a 10-minute drive from the hotel.

How is the beach at The Ravenala Attitude?

The hotel is directly on the beach. Sun loungers are available for you to relax, there are sunny spots for those who enjoy sunbathing and shaded areas under palm trees for those who prefer a cool retreat. Come and enjoy !

Do you have medical facilities or a doctor on call?

Yes, we have a nurse available on call from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Outside of these hours, you can receive medical assistance at Clinic Du Nord for a fee.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

The hotel is located on the North-West side of the island, while the airport is on the South-East side. There's approximately 60km between the two with about an hour's drive from the airport.

Do you have a night club in the hotel?

Absolutely! We're one of the few hotels on the island with an in-house nightclub. "The After" is located near the Balcony Bar and is open every night starting at 11 p.m. Come join us and dance the night away! We also offer a selection of drinks and sandwiches to keep you refreshed.

Do we have direct access to the beach ?

Absolutely! You can step right out of the hotel and onto Turtle Bay Beach. Feel free to relax on one of our cozy beach loungers and soak up the sun!

Is there a bus stop near the hotel?

We don't have a bus line close to the hotel, but we always have taxis available for you. The nearest bus stop is in Solitude village, which is a 10-minute drive.

Are the pools heated in winter?

We don't have heated pools. But don't worry, you can still enjoy a refreshing swim even in winter, with the water temperature at a comfortable 22 degrees Celsius.

Is the hotel appropriate for families?

Absolutely! Our hotel is perfect for family vacations. We have a family experience designed to make your children feel like the little VIPs that they are from the moment they check-in. Plus, we welcome children aged 3 and up with exciting activities every day from 11 am to 10 pm.

Is the beach at the hotel long enough to take a walk on?

Absolutely, the beach at the hotel is long enough to talk a pleasant walk allowing you to enjoy the scenery along the way.

Can you recommend a taxi from the airport to the hotel?

We are more than happy to help arrange a transfer from the airport to our hotel. Please email us at customer-service@hotels-attitude.com with your check-in and check-out dates, the number of passengers, the number of suitcases, and your exact flight details. Once we have this information, we can send you a quote.

Are children allowed in the sushi restaurant Lime?

The sushi restaurant Lime is adult-only. However, we are happy to accommodate families by offering the option to order from the Lime menu and enjoy your meal in another restaurant.
