What currencies are accepted at the hotel?
You can exchange currencies such as EURO, GBP, US dollar, Australian dollar and South African rand at the reception of each of our hotels.

Yes, we love to organise weddings! From free to premium packages and additional services, there are several options available to meet all of your desires, even the wildest ones! What is the dress code for the restaurants in the evening ?
We know how chilled-out a holiday here can be... but don't forget to cover up your swimwear while in our restaurants during the daytime. From 18:30, an elegant dress code applies. You are welcome to wear dresses, smart shorts or trousers, short or long-sleeved shirts and smart shoes or sandals. Please keep swimsuits, pareos and flip flops for relaxing by the pool or on the beach!
Do you have a laundry service at the hotel?
Absolutely, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning services are available at the hotel at an extra cost. You can reach out to us pre-stay for the rates. Once at the hotel you can contact the reception.
Do you offer currency exchange ?
Yes, we offer a foreign currency exchange service for certain currencies at the reception.
How many hours prior my flight do I need to leave from the hotel ?
To make sure you're all set and stress-free, it's best to leave the hotel about 4 hours before your flight - 1 hour for the ride and 3 hours to breeze through airport formalities. Safe travels!
At what time is the check-in ?
Check-in begins at 14:00. Rest assured, if you arrive at the hotel earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and start enjoying the hotel's facilities. If you wish to access your room earlier, an early check-in option is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us on resa@hotels-attitude.com for more information.
At what time is the check-out ?
Check-out is at 12:00. Even after vacating your room at noon, we warmly invite you to continue enjoying the hotel's facilities. We will keep your luggage safe until you're ready to depart. If you wish to extend your stay a bit longer, a late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Feel free to contact the reception desk the day before your departure to get more details.
How can we have a dopper during our stay ?
Our Doppers, a re-usable water bottle, a brand committed to the fight against plastic pollution are available at our bulk shop for sale or on consignment at Rs. 500 per dopper. Feel free to refill them with potable water at our bars and main restaurant at no extra charge. Embrace a greener lifestyle while staying hydrated throughout your day!
Do you have minibars in the rooms ? Are they included in the All-in All-out package ? Are they stocked ?
We have minibars included in the All-in All-out in our rooms, but here's something unique - they won't be stocked with pre-packaged items. As part of our commitment to reducing single-use plastics and unnecessary packaging, we invite our guests to visit our Bulk Shop. There, you can help yourself to tea, coffee, snacks, and other delicious goodies, some are included in the all-inclusive and others are at a supplement.
How can we refill our minibar ?
Depending on the meal plan you've booked, you can replenish your minibar with water, tea, coffee, snacks, and a selection of locally bottled beverages at the Bulk Shop.
What do you have in the Bulk Shop ?
You will find items such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, delicious local snacks and cold drinks.
By using the Bulk Shop, you help us to avoid single-use plastics and useless packaging, which protects the environment while offering you top-quality products.
Do you provide room service?
We apologize, but Room Service is not available at our hotel. However, we have several restaurants ready to welcome you.
What is the QR code used for and where can we get it?
You can use the QR code to access all the information about the hotel, the menu lists of the bars, restaurants, spa, and all other activities available at the hotel. Here is the link for Friday Attitude. At the hotel, you'll also find it on the key cardholder as well as at the reception, in the bars and restaurant.
Do you have a wheelchair available?
Yes, a wheelchair can be requested at reception.
Do you have rooms for people with limited mobility?
Yes, we have one specially adapted room, plus accessible ramps to common areas.
Do you have happy hours?
Of course - every day from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the WE Beach Bar. See you theree
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes – parking is free, but spaces are limited: first come, first served!
Do you organise weddings?
We do – and we love it!

Yes, we offer babysitting services to give you a little well-deserved time off.
Please let us know 48 hours in advance at reception, so we can find the perfect sitter for you.

Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms?
Yes – Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
What’s the weather like on the east coast in winter? (May–October)?
Winter here is gentle compared to the northern hemisphere.
On the east coast, you can expect daytime temperatures between 22°C and 26°C, with a little more breeze and the occasional light shower – but nothing that should get in the way of your holiday plans.
A light jumper for the evenings is all you’ll need.

What’s the weather like on the east coast in summer (November–April)?
Summer in Mauritius means long, warm, sunny days, with temperatures between 28°C and 32°C.
You might catch a tropical shower here and there – especially in January and February – but they’re usually short and sweet.
It’s the perfect season for beach days! Pack light clothing, and maybe a small rain jacket just in case (umbrellas are available at the hotel if you need one).

What is the taxi rate for a full-day excursion for two people?
It all depends on what you’d like to see and do – but don't worry, we’ll take care of everything.

What’s the cost of buses and taxis to Flacq?
Getting to Flacq is easy::
- Bus: MUR 45 per adult, one-way
- Taxi: around MUR 1,500 for a return trip, with two hours to stroll around and explore

Yes, just opposite the hotel!

What’s the best way to explore the island?
You’ve got several options:
- By taxi – comfortable and easy, available directly from the hotel
- By local bus – for a more authentic experience! The bus stop is just across the road and takes you straight to Flacq

Can I view the spa menu?
Absolutely: here it is. Our POZ Spa offers treatments inspired by Mauritian traditions and the environment, using 100% natural, locally-grown ingredients. They are designed for all needs and all moods !
Can I make international calls from my room?
Definitely ! International calls are MUR 120 per minute. Or simply use WhatsApp over Wi-Fi – it's free!
Is there tea or coffee in the rooms?
Not directly in the room – but we’ve got something even better.
You can help yourself to tea, coffee, local drinks and snacks at our bulk shop, open daily from 8am to 8pm, and stock your mini-bar just the way you like it.
It's a great way to reduce packaging – and treat yourself at the same time.
Return the empty jars before you leave – easy!
Is the pool heated?
No need! The Mauritian sun keeps it at the perfect temperature year-round!
Is there a beach bar at the hotel?
Yes: the WE Beach Lounge is our feet-in-the-sand bar.
Perfect for a cocktail between swims or unwinding while the kids play.
It’s included in the All-in All-out package – plus, enjoy Happy Hour every day from 6–7pm!
Can Mauritian residents book a stay?

Are beach towels provided?
Of course! You’ll have fresh beach towels throughout your stay.
Feel free to swap yours for a clean one at reception – although we encourage reusing them a few days, if possible, to help save water.
Which currency should I use?
The Mauritian Rupee (MUR) is the local currency and is accepted everywhere.
Some shops – and our hotel – accept euros too, but to keep things simple (and avoid doing mental maths at every purchase), we recommend carrying some rupees.
Good news: you can exchange money at reception.
Can I exchange money at the hotel? Do you accept euros?
At the hotel and in some local shops, euros are accepted, but we recommend exchanging euros directly at reception. It's quick, easy, and saves you the hassle of finding a bureau de change.
