In June, you can treat yourself to a great holiday in Mauritius at a reasonable price. And yes, June is low season! Airfares and hotel rates are much more affordable than in the high season. Expect to pay between €800 and €1100 per person for a return flight from Paris, Brussels or Geneva.

Fruit and vegetables
While some fruits and vegetables grow all year round in Mauritius (such as bananas, papayas and Victoria pineapples), others only come into season in winter. These include:

- Watercress
- Guava

Activities
