This headboard was made from coconut by MAVENCI. They are the oldest manufacturer in Mauritius with 46 years of experience in reimagining material like wood, copper, lava stone and white sand through daring designs.

These tropic birds are known locally as paille-en-queue. Artist Élodie Jacobé created these pretty birds using wood, braided vacoas leaves and driftwood.
