Flexible cancellation policy
We understand that sometimes plans need to change, so for your peace of mind we include free cancellation up until 7 days* before arrival. This means you’ll receive a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date.
* In peak season (20 December-2 January), free cancellation and full refund is up until 30 days before arrival

Health & safety
We’ve put measures in place so that our guests feel completely safe throughout their stay. This includes designated in/out passages, express check-in, hygiene stations and frequent disinfecting. We’ll also carry out regular temperature monitoring for all our guests. In our restaurants, there are menu boards or digital menus and socially-distanced seating, and your room will have deep cleans carried out by our trained housekeeping team. All our Family Members are fully vaccinated and have had extensive wellness and hygiene training. See more here.

The same Attitude experience
You can rest assured that your holiday with us will be as special as ever. All of our restaurants are open, so you’ll be able to enjoy the same delicious food and drink, and you’ll have full use of facilities and activities, with social distancing in place. Our kids’ clubs are open and activities are running as normal.
The only small exceptions are our Otentik Dinner experience, nightclub, plus the Hammam and sauna in our spas, which will be unavailable until further notice.

Travel fully reassured with Covid-19 travel insurance
COVID-19 health insurance cover is mandatory during all Mauritius holidays from 1 October 2021 onwards. Please make sure you are covered before you travel and can show proof of your cover if needed.
