Here’s to ten years of escape
Ten years ago, The Ravenala Attitude opened its doors, river on one side, lagoon on the other, and mountains in the distance.
Since then, so many of you have come (and come back) - as families, friends or couples - to enjoy our generous slice of Mauritian nature.

Light wood, rattan, and toile de Jouy with a Mauritian twist… Our room renovations are well underway, designed to bring in more colors, more local flair - and even more Ravenala soul.
All signed by Daphné Doomun, the Mauritian artist behind our logo and visual identity.
A refreshed décor, for mornings that feel as good as they look. -

Time to celebrate!
It wouldn’t be a Mauritian birthday without a full day of fun, music and sunshine!
On 12 October, The Ravenala will come alive with island vibes for guests of all ages. From kite-making and family games to a beach mocktail workshop and aqua volley - the day is packed with good energy.
Little ones will have their own share of fun at the Kids Club, with crafts, pool games, Bouncy Land and even an outdoor cinema with popcorn.
And as the sun sets, the celebration continues:a festive buffet, live music by Nula Groove, and a beach DJ set rolling into a disco night at The After. -

She’s also created an exclusive series of postcards for the occasion, adding a new local treasure to the hotel boutique.
