How can I go to Ti Zil or Gran Zil?
We offer free boat shuttles are provided to access Ti Zil and Grand Zil every 30 minutes from 11:00 to 15:30.
What electrical sockets do you have in the room?
Our rooms have Type C (European 2-pin) and Type G (British 3-pin) USB sockets for phone charger cables.
We are celebrating our honeymoon. Is there anything you can do to make it extra special ?
Congratulations! Have you booked our honeymoon offer? If you have not booked the honeymoon offer, then email customer-service@hotels-attitude.com with your booking details, and we will do our best to make your stay a little extra special.
Can I have an early check-in?
The check-in is at 14:00 and early check-in is subject to availability. We do have a transit lounge where you can shower and freshen up, and you are welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities until the room is ready.
Do you provide beach towels at the hotel?
Absolutely, we provide beach towels free of charge.
Do you have Wi-Fi in all rooms?
Absolutely! We have internet and free Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms.
What is the dress code for the restaurants in the evening ?
We know how chilled-out a holiday here can be... but don't forget to cover up your swimwear while in our restaurants during the daytime. From 18:30, an elegant dress code applies. You are welcome to wear dresses, smart shorts or trousers, short or long-sleeved shirts and smart shoes or sandals. Please keep swimsuits, pareos and flip flops for relaxing by the pool or on the beach!
What does the All-in All-out package include ? And where can I find the menus ?
With our All-in All-out package, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, tea time, and dinner at the hotel. We also provide a mini bar in your room which you can fill with drinks and local snacks from our Bulk shop. Plus, you'll have access to a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages until 23:30.
Do you have a laundry service at the hotel?
Absolutely, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning services are available at the hotel at an extra cost. You can reach out to us pre-stay for the rates. Once at the hotel you can contact the reception.
Do you offer currency exchange ?
Yes, we offer a foreign currency exchange service for certain currencies at the reception.
What is the currency used ?
The currency used in Mauritius is the Mauritian rupee.
How do you handle mosquito or insect control ?
There is an ongoing treatment from our supplier, a globally recognized company to ensure that our hotel remains free from little intruders! However, being close to nature, occasionnally a few lizards or ants find their way in. Remember, these little creatures are a sign of a healthy environment and play a key role in balancing our ecosystem.
What is the QR code used for and where can we get it?
You can use the QR code to access all the information about the hotel, the menu lists of the bars, restaurants, spa, and all other activities available at the hotel. It's this way. At the hotel, you'll find the QR code on the key cardholder, and it's also available at the reception, in the bars and restaurant.
How many pools do you have in the hotel and is there any restriction?
Ready for a splash? We've got five pools waiting for you. There's a serene adult-only pool by the lobby and a kiddie pool close to the Kot Nou Restaurant. All our other pools are also ready for you to dive in. You can have a dip in our pools from 08:00 and 19:00.
Is it safe to walk barefoot on the beach?
Feeling the sand between your toes is amazing, but watch out for sharp corals and rocks. A pair of beach shoes might come in handy
How many hours prior my flight do I need to leave from the hotel ?
To make sure you're all set and stress-free, it's best to leave the hotel about 4 hours before your flight - 1 hour for the ride and 3 hours to breeze through airport formalities. Safe travels!
At what time is the check-in ?
Check-in begins at 14:00. Rest assured, if you arrive at the hotel earlier, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and start enjoying the hotel's facilities. If you wish to access your room earlier, an early check-in option is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us on resa@hotels-attitude.com for more information.
At what time is the check-out ?
Check-out is at 12:00. Even after vacating your room at noon, we warmly invite you to continue enjoying the hotel's facilities. We will keep your luggage safe until you're ready to depart. If you wish to extend your stay a bit longer, a late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Feel free to contact the reception desk the day before your departure to get more details.
Where are the nearest ATM, money exchange and withdrawals ?
The closest ATMs are in Grand Baie or Goodlands, just 15-20 minute taxi ride from the hotel. If you've got foreign currency, our Front Desk can help exchange it to Rupees. You can use your debit/credit card to withdraw up to five thousand rupees per day for each room. Just a heads up, there's a 10% commission on those withdrawals.
Can I book a trip with the persons selling trips on the hotel beach?
The beach hawkers offering excursions aren't part of our hotel team. They're independent and have a permit from the local beach authority as all beaches in Mauritius are public. The hotel doesn't vouch for or take responsibility for the prices or quality of what these hawkers offer. Enjoy the sun and sands, but make informed choices!
Can we invite a friends/relative at the hotel during our stay ?
Depending on our occupancy, you can have them join, just note there's an extra charge for their consumptions. Kindly give our Guest Experience counter a heads-up with 24 hours' notice. Let's make some memories together!
Are the à la carte restaurants included in my package?
You'll need to stay with us for at least 3 nights to enjoy these options. If you've gone all-inclusive and are here for 5 nights or more, a treat awaits! You can dine twice at our adults-only restaurant Lor Disab. Just remember to book in advance. Bon appétit!
How can we have a dopper during our stay ?
Our Doppers, a re-usable water bottle, a brand committed to the fight against plastic pollution are available at our Bulk Shop for sale or on consignment at Rs. 500 per dopper. Feel free to refill them with potable water at our bars and main restaurant at no extra charge. Embrace a greener lifestyle while staying hydrated throughout your day!
Do you have minibars in the rooms ? Are they included in the All-in All-out package ? Are they stocked ?
We have minibars included in the All-in All-out in our rooms, but here's something unique - they won't be stocked with pre-packaged items. As part of our commitment to reducing single-use plastics and unnecessary packaging, we invite our guests to visit our Bulk Shop. There, you can help yourself to tea, coffee, snacks, and other delicious goodies, some are included in the all-inclusive and others are at a supplement.
How can we refill our minibar ?
Depending on the meal plan you've booked, you can replenish your minibar with water, tea, coffee, snacks, and a selection of locally bottled beverages at the Bulk Shop.
What do you have in the Bulk Shop ?
You will find items such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, delicious local snacks and cold drinks.
By using the Bulk Shop, you help us to avoid single-use plastics and useless packaging, which protects the environment while offering you top-quality products.
Do you have taxi services ?
Yes, we offer a taxi service right here at the hotel. You can make your reservations at our dedicated porter's desk at the hotel. The rates and prices vary as we work with local taxis, and all the details are available at the counter.
Do you have beach service?
Yes, we offer beach service to our guests.
Do you provide room service?
We apologize, but Room Service is not available at our hotel. However, we have several restaurants ready to welcome you.
